Toho Points & Levels

Welcome to the Toho Collections Rewards Program. By participating in our loyalty system, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program is designed to reward our customers for shopping regularly and engaging with our brand.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Rewards Program is open to all registered customers on tohocollections.com.
1.2 Guests must create an account to earn or redeem points.
1.3 Only one account per customer is permitted.

2. Earning Reward Points

2.1 Shopping Points

Customers earn 1 point for every ₹300 spent on all our products.

• Points are calculated based on the order subtotal (after discounts, before shipping/tax).
• Points are credited only when the order status becomes “Completed.”

Example:
Spend ₹900 → Earn 3 points (worth ₹30).

3. Bonus Points Configuration

Customers may earn additional bonus points through the following activities:

3.1 Registration Bonus

New users receive 5 bonus points upon creating an account.

3.2 Product Review

Posting a verified review earns 1 point.

3.3 Birthday Bonus

Customers receive 5 points on their birthday (valid once per year).

4. Redeeming Reward Points

4.1 Redemption Value

1 point = ₹10 discount.

4.2 Minimum Redemption

Minimum points required to redeem: 0
(Customers can redeem even 1 point.)

4.3 Maximum Redemption Per Order

Customers can redeem up to 100 points per order, equal to a ₹1000 maximum discount.

4.4 Maximum Redemption Percentage

A maximum of 30% of the cart value can be discounted using points.
Example: Cart value ₹800 → Max discount allowed = ₹240.

4.5 Redemption Conditions

• Points cannot be converted into cash.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Redeemed points cannot be restored if the order is cancelled or refunded.

5. Points Expiry

• Earned reward points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning.
• Unused points will automatically expire.
• Expired points cannot be recovered.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned from that order will be revoked.
6.2 If points were redeemed for a refunded order, the redeemed points will not be returned.

7. TOHO Rewards Levels

Toho Collections offers exclusive loyalty levels based on total accumulated points:

• Level 1: Spark (0–9 points)
• Level 2: Grow (10–29 points)
• Level 3: Shine (30–59 points)
• Level 4: Elite (60–119 points)
• Level 5: Legend (120+ points)

8. Program Changes & Termination

Toho Collections reserves the right to modify earning rates, redemption rules, tier benefits, or any aspect of the program at any time without prior notice.

Fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or misuse of the program may result in account suspension and loss of points.
