• International shipping: Typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
• Flat shipping charge: ₹95 on all orders.
• Delivery delays caused by courier or customs are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you in tracking your package.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a defective product or the wrong item.
• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or size are not accepted.
